Four Shaft PVC Tape Cutting Machine: This machine is the most accurate and cost-effective machine. This is a Four Shaft PVC Tape Cutting Automatic Machine. This machine can cut not only PVC Tape but OPP Tape, PE Tape, masking tape, double side tape, paper tape, fabric and etc. The machine is provided with support back up rollers so the 38 mm shaft does not bend and the tape cutting is of high quality. Max-width of Material is 1300mm, the Max-diameter of Material can be 80mm, the Min-width of cutting is 3 mm. The production speed is 35 cuts/min with size accuracy of 0.05mm. The paper core is 38 mm. The machine has first AC motor which is VFD controlled to rotate shafts, Second AC motor for driving Blades with VFD. Three servo motors are used for positioning, cutting blade angle and cutting pressure movement. For the precision in cut sizes all movements are backlash less ball screws and rails. The automatic water jet for cooling of blades, pneumatic clips for log roll holding, automatic thimble to hold end of four shafts are controlled by PLC and HMI of 10.2” touch screen.
