Trasy Enterprises, a company manufacturing all sorts of hot melt coating machines in India. We specialise in making rat sticky trap making machines with hot melt glue. This machine consists of a melting tank which can accommodate 30 to 50 kg glue from Tin containers or bags. This tank is designed to avoid the old dangerous practice of heating glue container on gas / stove. We make Heated hose for the required connection between the tank and slot die. The slot die can coat glue in maximum 200mm width and Min. 50mm. The standard conveyor is of 120 inches length but can be modified as per the requirement of the customer. The entire machine runs on PLC and operated by a touchscreen.
