Product details

We are using a novel ejection spraying unit and relying on new approaches, fibers are formed by the method of Hot Melt Air Blowing of EVA and SBS based Hot Melt Adhesives. This has a facility of intermittent pattern coating. The hot melt spray application is used in Hygiene Disposable Industries, Foam lamination and cloth, Sanitary Napkin, Medical Under Pads, Baby Diaper, Incontinence products; Frontal Tape, Positioning, Easy Packing, Back sheet lamination, Elastic Waistband. This Glue Gun is designed to switch on/off by solenoid valve and air pneumatic system. The spray is controlled by mixing hot air flow. This is a Fibre Spray Gun which can be used with various diameters, angles and widths. Air flow Pre-heating is designed to avoid the low temperature effect on glue.
